  Aquired from a local pawn shop for $200, this Schecter Hellraiser V-1 has been one of the most loyal guitars in Austin's collection. Although this guitar was in rough shape when it was first purchased, Austin was able adjust the guitar's neck and fix the electronics within a few hours and had the guitar stage and studio ready the day it was purchased. This diamond in the rough has been a go-to for Austin.

 

 

ESP LTD EX-360

  This ESP LTD EX-360 was the first guitar given to Austin by his girlfriend Nicole. It is nicknamed "Jaymz" in honor of the lead singer of Metallica and his love of the explorer body style. This guitar has also played a huge role in providing Austin with the tone he prefers for holding down rhythms. He has also customized this guitar with a set of EMG's highly acclaimed "HET-SET" James Hetfield signature pickups.

Epiphone Les Paul Prophecy EX

  Known as "Judas" for betraying him at it's first show, this Epiphone Prophecy EX Custom Les Paul is another one of Austin's go-to instruments. It was a gift from his parents for playing guitar for over 10 years and was purchased while on vacation in Nashville, TN at the original Gibson Showcase (previously located at Opry Mills). Austin has customized this guitar by trading out the original neck pickup for an EMG 60 and Q-Parts control knobs.

ESP LTD EC-1000 Deluxe

  This Les Paul Style ESP LTD EC-1000 Deluxe was the second guitar given to him by his girlfriend Nicole. This guitar known as "The Beh Beh Machine" is currently the newest in Austin's collection. It is decribed as the perfect studio guitar for metal as well as a "tuxedo guitar". Austin has been known to play this in a more professional setting as well as in the dirtiest dive bars that have booked Quarter Life Crisis.

ESP LTD V-401DX

  This ESP LTD V-401DX was purchased at a local pawn shop alongside of Austin's Schecter Hellraiser V1 for $250. Thats right, two EMG loaded guitars for $450. This guitar was worse off than the Schecter and needed all of the wiring inside replaced as well as a general setup. Now that the guitar is fully functional, it is Austin's go-to guitar for lead tones and all "Floyd Rose" related tasks (like dive bombs and harmonic squeals).

  This guitar is currently Austin's only 7-string. It is a Damien Elite 7 Floyd Rose Model purchased from Showtime Music (where Austin took guitar lessons). Austin is not known to use 7 stringed instruments often; however this guitar is used often in the studio for it's tonal qualities and tuning stability. This guitar is used on all of Quarter Life Crisis' songs that have called for a low tuned 7 string instrument.

 A crowd favorite guitar known for its "non-existing" body, this Samick KR660 is a guitar Austin has fought with since the day he got it in 2000. The guitar's tonal qualities are great but almost every piece of hardware on this guitar has been replaced and it is in need of more work. It is known by the nickname "Iceman".
